The Border Security Force (BSF) is inviting applications from eligible candidates for the positions of SI (Vehicle Mechanic) and Constable. There are 37 vacancies available for these posts.

Age Limit

The age limits for the Border Security Force Recruitment 2024 are as follows:

• SI Post: Maximum age limit is 30 years.
• Constable Post: Maximum age limit is 25 years.

Salary

The salary offered to selected candidates is:

• SI (Vehicle Mechanic): Up to Rs. 112400 per month.
• Constable: Up to Rs. 69100 per month.

Qualifications

Candidates must meet the following qualifications to apply:

• SI (Vehicle Mechanic) (Group-B Post): 3-year Diploma/Degree in Auto Mobile Engineering or Mechanical Engineering from a government-recognized institute.
• Constable:
  • Matriculation or 10th Class pass from a recognized board or institution.
  • 3-year Diploma/Degree in Auto Mobile.
  • Industrial Training Institute certificate in the respective trade.

6. Medical Exam

Examination Fee

Applicants are required to pay an examination fee:

• Group ‘B’ Posts: Rs. 200
• Group ‘C’ Posts: Rs. 100
• Service Charges: Rs. 47.20 levied by Common Service Centre (CSC)

Exemptions are available for women candidates, Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribes, BSF serving personnel, and Ex-Servicemen.
