Age Limit
Candidates must be between 40 and 65 years old to apply for these positions.
Tenure
The tenure for all positions is up to March 31, 2025, starting from the date of joining.
Salary Details
The monthly remuneration for each position is as follows:
- Junior Project Fellow: Rs. 31,000/- (NET/PhD) or Rs. 29,000/- (Non-NET)
- Project Manager: Rs. 29,000/-
- Accountant: Rs. 29,000/-
- Survey Associate: Rs. 35,000/-
- Office Assistant: Rs. 25,000/-
Essential Qualifications
Junior Project Fellow
- Required: Postgraduate in Science/Social Science/Language Psychology/Mathematics with at least 55% marks (50% for SC, ST, PH).
- Desirable: Basic computer knowledge, proficiency in MS Office, data processing, report preparation, good communication skills.
Project Manager
- Required: Graduate in any discipline with two years of experience in managing program activities and funds.
Accountant
- Required: Graduate in Commerce/Economics or related financial management subjects from a recognized university, with two years of experience in handling accounts.
Survey Associate
- Required: Postgraduate in Science/Statistics/Commerce/Economics/Mathematics/Education or relevant subject areas with at least 55% marks or two years of experience in tool development, conducting surveys, monitoring survey activities, and data collection.
Office Assistant
- Required: Proficiency in software such as MS Excel, FOX PRO, Equation Editor, Corel Draw, PageMaker, InDesign, MS Word.
- Desirable: Good English and Hindi typing skills, ability to create figures, graphs, tables, etc.

Selection Process
The selection will be based on a walk-in interview scheduled for June 20, 2024, and June 21, 2024, from 09:30 AM to 11:30 AM.
