- Minimum 55% marks from a recognized Institute/University.
- Minimum 12 years of post-qualification experience in HR/IR functions.
- Assistant Technical Manager (Microwave):
- B.E/B. Tech in Electronics/Electronics & Communication/Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering with a minimum of 55% marks.
- Minimum 6 years of post-qualification industrial experience (or 4 years with M.E/M.Tech.) in microwave component design and development.
- Deputy Engineer (SPD):
- BE/B. Tech in Electronics/Electronics & Communication/Electronics & Telecommunication/Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering with a minimum of 55% marks.
- Minimum 2 years of post-qualification industrial experience in embedded systems, hardware design, electronics circuit design and testing, and PCB design and testing.
