Educational Qualifications
- Para Pump Operator: Minimum qualification is Matriculation (10th) with a certificate in the trade of electrician, wireman, diesel mechanic, pump mechanic, motor mechanic, or pump operator cum mechanic from a recognized ITI. Alternatively, a Matriculation (10th) with a certificate in the aforementioned trades under a government skill development scheme is acceptable.
- Para Fitter: Minimum qualification is Matriculation (10th) with an ITI certificate in the trade of fitter from a recognized ITI. Alternatively, a Matriculation (10th) with a certificate in the aforementioned trade under a government skill development scheme is acceptable.
- Multipurpose Worker: Minimum qualification is Middle (8th) pass or its equivalent from a school recognized by the state government. Additional qualifications, experience details, and selection criteria are available at the Jal Shakti Division Haroli office or on the notice board.

Application Process
Eligible candidates aged 18-45 years can submit their applications on plain paper at the office of the Executive Engineer, Jal Shakti Division Matiana , from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM on any working day until July 27, 2024. Late or incomplete applications will be summarily rejected without any explanation. The department is not liable for any delays in the receipt of applications due to any reason.
Required Documents
- Attested or self-attested copies of the date of birth certificate, academic qualification certificates, and bonafide certificate.
- A valid BPL certificate issued by the competent authority.
- An experience certificate, if applicable, issued by the competent authority no later than six months ago.
Weightage will be given to candidates with experience in related fields within IPH/HPPWD/CXPPWD/PSUs or from an outsourcing agency providing services in HP JSV, as per norms.
