Tenure: The appointment will be on a deputation basis for an initial period of up to three years, with the possibility of extension for an additional two years based on performance and the bank’s requirements.
Required Qualifications:
- Branch Offices:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Preferred: MBA/MMS/MS/PGDM in Finance, CA, CFA, FRM, MCom, ICWA, MSc/MA (Maths/Statistics/Economics), BMS, BBA, JAIIB/CAIIB, or equivalent. Certification in credit management is also preferred.
- Risk Management Vertical (RiMV):
- Graduate in any discipline
- Preferred: MBA/MMS/MS/PGDM in Finance, MSc Risk Management, MSc/MA (Maths/Statistics/Economics), BE/BTech with professional qualifications such as FRM or PRM. Certification in risk management courses is desirable.
- Treasury & Resource Management Vertical (TRMV):
- Graduate in any discipline
- Preferred: MBA/MMS/MS/PGDM in Finance, CFA, MSc, BE/BTech with professional qualifications such as Certified Treasury Professional. Certification in treasury courses is desirable.
Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the Officer Cadre in public sector banks, with at least 2 years in the relevant domain.
Age Criteria:
- Maximum age limit is 37 years as of August 31, 2024.
Posting Locations: Selected candidates will be posted at various locations including Ahmedabad, Erode, Ludhiana, Faridabad, Gurugram, Jaipur, Surat, New Delhi, Morbi, Vadodara, Rajkot, Nasik, Pune, Coimbatore, Chennai, Noida, Kochi, Chandigarh, Indore, and others.
Salary: The pay scale for the Manager (Grade ‘B’) position is Rs. 55,200 – Rs. 99,750. Additional benefits include house allowance, transport, LFC, and medical benefits. Candidates can choose to retain their original employer’s pay scale and benefits or opt for SIDBI’s pay scale.
