Salary
According to the official notification, the selected candidates will receive a salary of up to Rs. 200.00 Lacs per annum.
Selection Process

Qualification Requirements
- Chief Digital Officer (CDO): Engineering Graduate in Computer Science/ Information Systems/ related fields or MCA or equivalent qualification from a recognized University/ Institution.
- Chief Risk Officer (CRO): Financial Risk Management from GARP, Professional Risk Management Certification from PRIMA Institute, or equivalent.
- Chief Financial Officer (CFO): Qualified Chartered Accountant.
- Chief Technology Officer (CTO): Engineering Graduate in Computer Science/ Information Systems/ related fields or MCA or equivalent qualification from a recognized University/ Institution.
Experience Requirements
- Chief Financial Officer (CFO): Minimum of 15 years of experience in financial operations, preferably in accounting and taxation, with at least 10 years in Banks/Financial Institutions and five years at a Senior Management level.
- Chief Technology Officer (CTO): 20 years of relevant experience in IT-related areas, with five years at the senior management level.
