BANK OF BARODA RECRUITMENT OUT.

Bank of Baroda is inviting applications for the posts of Chief Digital Officer (CDO), Chief Risk Officer (CRO), Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and Chief Technology Officer (CTO). The tenure for these roles is three years.

Salary

According to the official notification, the selected candidates will receive a salary of up to Rs. 200.00 Lacs per annum.

Selection Process

Candidates will be selected through a Personal Interview process.

Application Fee

The application fee is Rs. 600 for General, EWS, and OBC candidates, and Rs. 100 for SC, ST, PWD, and Women candidates.

Age Limit

The maximum age limit for these positions is 57 years.

Qualification Requirements

  • Chief Digital Officer (CDO): Engineering Graduate in Computer Science/ Information Systems/ related fields or MCA or equivalent qualification from a recognized University/ Institution.
  • Chief Risk Officer (CRO): Financial Risk Management from GARP, Professional Risk Management Certification from PRIMA Institute, or equivalent.
  • Chief Financial Officer (CFO): Qualified Chartered Accountant.
  • Chief Technology Officer (CTO): Engineering Graduate in Computer Science/ Information Systems/ related fields or MCA or equivalent qualification from a recognized University/ Institution.

Experience Requirements

  • Chief Financial Officer (CFO): Minimum of 15 years of experience in financial operations, preferably in accounting and taxation, with at least 10 years in Banks/Financial Institutions and five years at a Senior Management level.
  • Chief Technology Officer (CTO): 20 years of relevant experience in IT-related areas, with five years at the senior management level.
