- Senior Manager – Security Officer: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized University.
- Senior Manager – Economist: Master’s Degree in Economics from a recognized University with a minimum of 60% in aggregate.
- Chief Manager – Credit: Graduation with professional qualification of CA/CMA/CFA or a post-graduation degree in any discipline, preferably from Banking/Finance/Agriculture or any credit-related field.
