BEML Limited is inviting applications from eligible candidates for the positions of ITI Trainees and Office Assistant Trainees. According to the official BEML Recruitment 2024 notification, a total of 100 vacancies are available for these roles. Candidates must possess relevant experience in their respective fields, with educational qualifications varying by position. The age limits are as follows: 32 years for UR candidates, 35 years for OBC candidates, and 37 years for SC/ST candidates. Selected candidates may be posted at any BEML facility. Qualification and Experience for BEML Recruitment 2024:

Office Assistant Trainees:
- Qualification: Full-time Graduate/Diploma in Commercial Practice or Secretarial Practice with proficiency in computer applications (minimum six-month DOEACC-approved course). Typing skills are desirable.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in relevant fields.
Tenure for BEML Recruitment 2024:
Candidates will be appointed on a contractual basis for a period of 1 year.
Salary for BEML Recruitment 2024:
- Training Period: ₹15,000 per month
- Contract Period: ₹20,000 per month
After successful completion of the contract, candidates may be absorbed into Wage Group B, with a salary range of ₹16,900 to ₹60,650, subject to BEML’s business needs.
Selection Process for BEML Recruitment 2024:
- ITI Trainees: Selection will be based on a Trade Test or a computer-based written examination.
- Office Assistant Trainees: Selection will be based on a computer-based written examination with multiple-choice questions. The exam will be conducted in Bangalore.
