BEML Recruitment Out For 26 Vacancies !

BEML Limited is inviting applications from eligible candidates for various positions including Chief General Manager, Deputy General Manager, Assistant General Manager, Senior Manager, Assistant Manager, Engineer (Gr. II) Marketing, Officer (Gr. II) HR Dept., and Senior Executives – HR. There are 26 vacancies for these roles.

Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 27 years
• Maximum Age: 58 years

Educational Qualifications

• Chief General Manager: First Class Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Naval Architecture Engineering from a recognized University/Institution. Candidates with a Brigadier (or higher) rank from the Indian Army and a university degree or its equivalent are also eligible. A postgraduate degree/diploma in technology/management is advantageous.
• Deputy General Manager: First Class Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Naval Architecture Engineering. Marine Engineering qualification is preferred. A postgraduate degree/diploma in technology/management is advantageous. Alternatively, candidates with a Colonel rank from the Indian Army and a university degree or its equivalent are eligible. Only officers of Armoured Corps and Mech Infantry need to apply.
• Other Positions: Refer to the official notification for specific qualifications required for other posts.

Experience Requirements

• Chief General Manager: Minimum 10 years of experience in OE and OH activities for Crawler Armoured vehicles such as T-72, VT-72, T-90, ARV & BMP. Candidates should have coordination skills with Army HQ and various Army units.
• Senior Manager (Gr. V): Minimum 11 years of experience in the Indian Navy/Coast Guard, with a rank of Lt. Commander.
• Assistant Manager: Post-qualification experience in an engineering organization, with exposure to production/planning. Experience in maritime aggregates manufacturing and establishing processes for qualifying aggregates for maritime applications is preferred.
• Other Positions: Refer to the official notification for specific experience requirements for other posts.

Salary

• The chosen candidates will receive a monthly salary ranging from Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 2,80,000.

Place of Posting

• Selected candidates will be posted at Mysore/Bangalore, KGF/Bangalore, or Delhi.

Selection Process

• The selection process will include an interview and a computer-based written exam (MCQ type) covering subjects from HR areas, General English, Numerical Ability, and Reasoning Ability. The written exam will be held in Bangalore only.
