The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has officially unveiled the much-awaited datasheet for the Class 10 and Class 12 board examinations set to take place in 2024. Candidates can now access the timetables for both classes on the CBSE’s official website.
Exam Schedule and Details
As per the released schedule, the Class 10 board exams are scheduled to commence on February 15, concluding on March 13, 2024. Simultaneously, the Class 12 examinations will also start on February 15 and conclude on April 2, 2024. It’s noteworthy that both Class 10 and Class 12 board exams will be conducted in a single shift, from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm, across all days.
Practical Exams and Exceptions
Practical examinations for all affiliated schools within India and abroad, except those in winter-bound areas, will commence from January 1, 2024. For schools in the winter-bound regions, the practical exams began on November 14 and will conclude on December 14, 2023.
Accessing the Datesheet
Candidates appearing for the CBSE Board Exams 2024 can download the datesheets from the official CBSE website, cbse.gov.in. By clicking on the CBSE Board Exam 2024 datesheet link for Class 10 or Class 12 available on the homepage, a new PDF file will open, displaying the exam dates. It is advised to download and retain a hard copy of the same for future reference.
