The Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) has released a recruitment notice for Group “B” and “C” non-ministerial, non-gazetted, combatised Signal staff. The recruitment process will be based on the Recruitment Rules/Scheme formulated by the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) and will consist of written examination (Computer Based Test), Physical Standard Test (PST)/ Physical Efficiency Test (PET)/ Documents verification and Medical Test. The post will carry Dearness allowance/House rent allowance/ transport allowance/ration money allowance, uniform allowance, free accommodation, free medical facilities, free leave pass once in a year during leave and other allowances as admissible in CRPF from time to time under the rules.

The application process will be conducted online only. The last date for submission of online applications and online fee payment is May 21, 2023. The admit card for Computer Based Test will be released tentatively on June 13, 2023, and the schedule of Computer Based Test is from June 24 to 25, 2023. Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must fulfill the following eligibility criteria to apply for the post:
- Educational Qualification: The candidate must have passed Matriculation (10th) or equivalent from a recognized board or university.
- Age Limit: The candidate must be between 18 to 25 years of age as of May 21, 2023. Relaxation in upper age limit is applicable as per government rules.
- Physical Standards: The candidate must meet the required physical standards as specified in the recruitment notice.
Selection Process
The selection process for the post of Group “B” and “C” non-ministerial, non-gazetted, combatised Signal staff will consist of the following stages:
- Computer Based Test (CBT)
- Physical Standard Test (PST)/ Physical Efficiency Test (PET)/Documents Verification (DV)/Detailed Medical Exam (DME)/Review Medical Exam (RME)
Final result will be declared by the CRPF based on the performance of candidates in the Written examination subject to their qualifying the PST/PET, DV, Medical Examination and other conditions stipulated in the Recruitment Notice.
