How to Apply

Ensure that the first page of each research paper includes the proof of the Impact Factor of the Peer Reviewed Journals and Refereed Journals/UGC Approved Journals, with each page duly signed. Merge marksheets and certificates for educational qualifications into a single PDF file when required. Compile the first page of research papers, conference proceedings, seminar/symposia/conference abstracts, books and book chapters, policy documents, etc., into a single PDF file and upload it to the portal. For multiple research projects, patents, consultancy, awards, etc., merge the supporting documents into separate PDF files and upload them accordingly. Other documents can be uploaded in the designated “Other” section.
4. Document Verification: The university will verify all submitted documents, including qualifications and experience, with the issuing authorities. If any document is found to be false, fake, or incorrect during or after the verification process, it will lead to the termination of the candidate’s appointment.
5. Fill Accurate Values: While filling the online application form, enter whole numbers instead of decimals or fractions.
6. Submit Hard Copy: After completing the online application, print out the filled application form and sign each page. Submit the hard copy along with supporting documents via registered/speed post to the following address: The Registrar, Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University, Kalyanpur, Kanpur – 208024, Uttar Pradesh. Ensure that the envelope is labeled with the advertisement number, post applied for, and department name.
