- For Track Expert (HOD level): Retired from regular post in Government/PSUs from IDA pay scale of Rs. 120,000-280,000 or above or CDA scale at Level-14 (Rs. 144,200-218,200) and above, with 18 years’ service at Gazetted/Executive level.
