IDBI Bank is inviting applications for the positions of Deputy Manager, Assistant General Manager, and Manager across various departments. There are 31 vacancies for these positions.

Salary
Selected candidates will receive a monthly remuneration of up to Rs. 120,940. Additionally, they will be eligible for allowances, perquisites, benefits, and Performance Linked Variable Pay as per the Bank’s extant policies.
Appointment Duration
According to the official notification, the appointment is for one year from the Date of Joining, with the possibility of extension at the discretion of the Bank.
Age Limit
- Deputy General Manager (Grade D): 35 to 45 years
- Assistant General Manager (Grade C): 28 to 40 years
- Manager (Grade B): 25 to 35 years
Qualification
Candidates must possess the following qualifications:
- Deputy General Manager, Assistant General Manager, and Manager (Finance and Accounts): Chartered Accountant (CA)/ICWA/MBA (Finance) from a recognized university.
- Assistant General Manager (Grade C) Audit: B Tech/BE in relevant fields or a Graduation degree with valid Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) certification or an M.Sc./MCA/M.Tech./M.E in relevant fields.
- Manager (Digital Banking and Emerging Payment): BCA/B.Sc. (IT)/B Tech/BE in relevant fields and an MBA (Finance/Marketing/IT/Digital Banking) from a recognized university.
- Manager (Security): Graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized university.

Selection Procedure
Applications will be shortlisted based on qualifications and experience. Shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification. Details regarding the venue, time, and date will be communicated through the Bank’s website and/or call letters via registered email/SMS.
