JKCET 2023: Registrations Starts Today, Exam Date (28 May) – Registrations Extended, Check New Dates Here

JKCET 2023: As per the latest updates, the Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examination (JKBOPEE) has extended the registrations for JKCET exam. According to the official notification, candidates can now submit their applications till April 30, 2023, earlier the last date of registrations was April 24, 2023. Candidates who are interested in applying for the JKCET exam and have not registered yet can apply at jkbopee.gov.in.

Those candidates who are wishing to get admission into Bachelor of Engineering and Technology courses are required to make the payment of Rs 1,200 as an application fee. As per the official schedule, the JKCET 2023 exam will be conducted on May 28, 2023, (tentatively). Those candidates who are interested in applying for the JKCET 2023 exam to secure admission into various engineering and technology courses can register themselves by filling out the registration form through the official website- jkbopee.gov.in.

How to Apply for JKCET 2023?

To apply for JKCET 2023 (Jammu & Kashmir Common Entrance Test), follow the steps given below:

1. Visit the official website of the J&K Board of Professional Entrance Examinations (BOPEE) at https://jkbopee.gov.in/.
2. Click on the JKCET 2023 registration link.
3. Fill in the application form with all the required details such as personal information, educational qualification, etc.
4. Upload the scanned copies of your photograph, signature, and other required documents.
5. Pay the application fee through online mode.
6. After successful submission of the application form, take a printout of the confirmation page for future reference.

Important instructions:

1. A candidate can fill only one application form.Multiple applications from the same candidate will lead to rejection of candidature.
2. Keep scanned copy of photographs , signatures and other relevant documents handy before you fill online application form.
3. On successfull submission of form an application number will be generated.Note that number for future references.
4. Submit fees online.
5. Upload all relevant documents.
6. Application will be considered complete only when application form is filled ,payment is done and relevant documents are uploaded .Incomplete applications will be rejected
7. Print application form.Keep it for future references.
8. Application No. and Date of birth is required for makng payment,uploading of documents,checking application status e.t.c
9. No document at this stage need to be submitted to BOPEE.
10. Candidates can edit their submitted application form before the last date of the advertisement,in case of any difficulty please contact JKBOPEE.

7. The candidates, in their own interest, are advised to minutely go through the Information
   Brochure before filling up of Online Application Forms as the Board shall not be responsible
   for any act of omission or commission on the part of candidates in filling up of the Online
   Application Form. It is also incumbent upon the candidates to go through the information
   contained in the e-Information Brochure and agree to the conditions contained therein. No
   candidate can claim any alteration in any of the conditions which have been incorporated in the
   e-Information Brochure and notified in advance.
8. The candidates are further advised to remain in touch with the BOPEE website
   www.jkbopee.gov.in. The Board does not undertake any responsibility for any delay caused in
   publication of Notices/ Notifications in the Print Media (Newspapers) as delay, if any, caused
   in such publication(s) is not within the control of the Board, notwithstanding that the Board
   notifies the same on its official website and for publication in the newspapers simultaneously
   on the date of issue of the said Notifications/Notices etc.
9. The entrance examination, if any, conducted by the BOPEE shall be Offline.
