Walk-in Interview: Outsourced Executive Assistant Position at IIIT Una, Himachal Pradesh 

Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT) Una, an esteemed Institute of National Importance under the Ministry of Education (MoE), invites eligible candidates for the role of Executive Assistant on an outsourced basis. The institute is conducting a walk-in interview on December 16, 2023, to fill this position.

Position Details:

• Post: Executive Assistant

• Monthly Salary: Approx. Rs. 45,000/-
• Age Limit: Up to 40 years

Educational Qualifications:

• Secondary (10th) and Senior Secondary (12th) with at least 60% marks.
• Graduation from a recognized university/institution with a minimum of 60% marks.
• Post-graduation from a recognized university/institution with a minimum of 60% marks.
• Minimum 3 years of post-qualification work experience in Office Procedures and Team Handling with a reputed Government or Private Organization.

Desirable Skills:

• Working experience with Institutes of National Importance or Multinational Organizations.
• Effective interaction and communication skills with staff, Apex Body Members, and visitors.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), internet navigation, and research.
• Pro-active leadership and multitasking capabilities.
• Possesses a strong acumen of professional and courteous business communication skills (written, verbal, and behavioral).

Roles and Responsibilities:

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Organizing office operations and procedures.
• Coordinating within and outside the institute.
• Managing the officer’s to-do list, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Coordinating meetings, events, and facilities.
• Any other responsibility assigned by the competent authority.
