Education Qualification:

• Varied qualifications based on the role. For instance, Executive Engineers should be retired from Govt. service at the respective levels, Estate Officer should be retired not below the rank of Tehsildar Class-1, Naib Tehsildar/Kanungo should be retired from H.P. State Govt., and Patwaris should be retired from H.P. State Govt. service.

The engagement period initially is two years, extendable for another year if necessary. Retirees will receive emoluments and terms & conditions as per Himachal Pradesh Govt. regulations.
