Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily induction and onboarding processes.
• Engage in discussions with candidates from onboarding to exit.
• Maintain employee data in HRMS.
• Complete joining and exit formalities.
• Manage the full employee life cycle.
• Proficiency in Excel and effective communication skills.
• Understanding of HR operations like payroll (preferred, not mandatory).
• Must have a laptop and stable internet connectivity.

Working Days: Monday to Friday, with 2nd and 4th Saturdays OFF.
