Vacancy Details:

• JOA (IT): 06 posts (on a contract basis) from the UR category, reserved for Sub-Category Persons with benchmark disabilities.
• JOA (Accounts): 01 post (on a contract basis) from the UR category, reserved for Sub-Category Persons with benchmark disabilities.
• Ledger Keeper/ Day Book Writer: 01 post (on a contract basis) from the UR category, reserved for Sub-Category Persons with benchmark disabilities.

Education Qualification:

• JOA (IT): Candidates should have passed 10+2 Examination or its equivalent. They should possess a minimum speed of 30 words per minute in English typewriting or 25 words per minute in Hindi typewriting on a computer. Additionally, candidates should have knowledge of “Word Processing” on computers.
• JOA (Accounts): Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) from a recognized University. Candidates should have completed a minimum of a 01-month certificate/diploma course in Tally Accounting System from a registered institution and should have at least 06 months of experience in Tally Accounting System from a registered firm/company/institution.
• Ledger Keeper/ Day Book Writer: Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) with a six-month computer course from a recognized institute.

• Candidates can download the application form from the official website of Himachal Road Transport Corporation after 01.01.2024 (Website link: HRTC Official Website).
• The application form must be filled in accordance with the prescribed format.
• The application window will be open from 31 December 2023 to 31 January 2024.
• No other mode of application will be accepted.
• Candidates must have knowledge of customs, manners, and dialects of Himachal Pradesh and suitability for peculiar conditions prevailing in Himachal Pradesh.
• The age of candidates must be between 18-50 years, and the percentage of disability should not be less than 40%.
