Eligibility and Age Limit:
To be eligible for MOIL Recruitment 2023, candidates must have the following qualifications:
Educational Qualification:
- Candidates must hold a Diploma or ITI in the relevant discipline from a reputable university or institute.
Age Limit:
The age limit varies according to the post:
- Mine Foreman I: 40 Years
- Select Grade Mine Foreman: 45 Years
- Mine Mate Grade I: 40 Years
- Blaster Grade II: 35 Years
Selection Process:
The selection process for MOIL Various Posts consists of two parts:
- Computer Based Online Test: The test will last for 90 minutes, consisting of Objective Type questions (MCQ) for a total of 100 marks. It includes general knowledge for 10 marks, reasoning for 10 marks, and subject knowledge for 80 marks.
- Document Verification: Candidates who pass the online test will go through document verification.
Salary:
The selected candidates will receive competitive salaries based on their respective posts:
- Mine Foreman I: Rs.26,900 – 3% – 48,770/-
- Select Grade Mine Foreman: Rs.27,600 – 3% – 50,040/-
- Mine Mate Grade I: Rs.24,800 – 3% – 44,960/-
- Blaster Grade II: Rs.24,100 – 3% – 43,690/-
