| (a) Hold a regular course in Nursing recognized by the Indian Nursing Council: B.Sc (Honors) in Nursing, or B.Sc Nursing, or Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery/Mental Health Science. | |
| (b) Possess a registration certificate for B.Sc (Honors), B.Sc Nursing, Diploma in Post Basic B.Sc Nursing, or General Nursing and Midwifery/Mental Health Science from Uttarakhand/Indian Nursing and Maternity Council. | |
| (c) Proficiency in Hindi. | |
| Additional Eligibility | |
| (1) Minimum 02 years of service in the territorial army, or | |
| (2) Obtained a “B” or “C” certificate from the National Cadet Corps (NCC). |
| Age. | Age – The reference date for age calculation is July 01, 2023. The candidate must be a minimum of 21 years and a maximum of 42 years of age as of July 01, 2023. However, for the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, and other such categories notified by the state government from time to time, the upper age limit will be extended as per the specified norms. |

Selection Process:
Candidates will be selected based on their performance in a written examination consisting of MCQs. Please note that there will be a negative marking scheme, deducting 1/4 marks for each incorrect answer.
Salary Structure:
Selected candidates will be entitled to a salary as per Pay Level 7 of the 7th Pay Commission, ranging from Rs 44,900 to Rs 1,42,400.
