DC Office Bilaspur invites applications for the re-engagement of retired Patwaris/Kanungos on a remuneration basis. The re-engagement is under the establishment of Deputy Commissioner, Bilaspur, District Bilaspur.

Details: Retired Kanungos/Patwaris will be re-engaged for an initial three months, extendable based on performance and requirement. Eligibility criteria include:

1. Minimum 5 years of service in any revenue department wing of HP before superannuation.
2. No pending departmental/disciplinary proceedings.
3. Age not exceeding 65 years at the advertisement date.
4. Preference to junior candidates in case of exceeding applications.
5. Re-engagement period not counted for prior service benefits.
6. Service purely on a temporary basis, terminable at any time.
7. Entitled to one day’s Causal Leave per month after a month’s service.
8. Unauthorized absence leads to termination without emoluments.
9. Fitness certificate from a Government Hospital required.
10. TA/DA applicable for official duty tours.
11. Medical facilities continue as per retiree benefits.
12. Monthly remuneration based on performance/work conduct certificate.
13. Services terminated after revenue case clearance.
14. Re-engagement does not affect existing Patwaris/Kanungos’ promotions.
15. Re-engagement terminates upon regular officials’ availability.
