Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS) has announced recruitment for the positions of Post Graduate Teachers (PGT) and Trained Graduate Teachers (TGT) across various subjects and disciplines, offering over 500 vacancies. Candidates must not exceed 50 years of age, with a maximum age limit of 65 years for ex-NVS teachers. Selected TGTs will receive a monthly remuneration of Rs.35,750 (normal station) and Rs.42,250 (hard station), while PGTs will earn Rs.34,125 (normal station) and Rs.40,625 (hard station) per month. Educational qualifications include Integrated Post-Graduate Courses or Master’s degree for PGTs and Integrated degree course or Bachelor’s degree for TGTs, along with a B.Ed degree and proficiency in teaching in Hindi and English medium. The appointment will be on a contractual basis for the academic session 2024-25, with postings in Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, and Odisha.
