Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for CSL Safety Assistant and Semi-Skilled Rigger roles, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Age Limit:

• Upper age limit of 30 years

Educational Qualification:

• CSL Safety Assistant: Pass in SSLC and a 1-year Diploma in Safety/Fire from a Government recognized institute or Public Sector Undertaking.
• Semi-Skilled Rigger: Pass in IV Std.

Experience:

• Semi-Skilled Rigger: Minimum of three years of experience in rigging, including two years in the rigging of heavy-duty machine parts and assisting in the erection of machinery/equipment. Good knowledge of wire rope splicing.
• CSL Safety Assistant: Minimum one-year training or experience in safety in a Public Sector Undertaking or a Factory.

Salary Details

Selected candidates will receive a consolidated monthly pay as follows:

• 1st Year: ₹ 22,100/- with ₹ 4,600/- for compensation for extra hours of work
• 2nd Year: ₹ 22,800/- with ₹ 4,700/- for compensation for extra hours of work
• 3rd Year: ₹ 23,400/- with ₹ 4,900/- for compensation for extra hours of work
