Position: Young Professional
Number of Posts: 33 posts
Salary: Rs 60,000/- or Rs 50,000/-

Eligibility Criteria:
Age Limit: Applicants must be under 32 years of age as of the closing date of advertisement.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should hold a Master’s Degree or Diploma in fields such as Journalism, Mass Communication, Visual Communication, Information Arts, Animation & Designing, Literature, and Creative Writing.
Experience: A minimum of two years of work experience after obtaining a Master’s Degree or Diploma is required. Prior experience in Communication, Designing, Marketing, Animation, Editing, or Book Publishing is preferred.
Language Skills: Proficiency in both English and the Indian language(s) of the respective State/UT is mandatory. Language competency will be assessed through the resume and potentially a written test.
Other Competencies:
- Proficiency in content writing, video editing, graphic design, and journalism with a strong communication foundation.
- Exceptional writing and editing abilities, capable of presenting intricate ideas clearly and concisely.
- Graphic design skills, including proficiency in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator, Canva, etc., are desirable.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro is a plus.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and a grasp of best practices for crafting engaging content.
- Keen attention to detail and adeptness in task prioritization.
