The Ministry of Defence is seeking candidates for Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and Research Associate (RA) roles, offering a total of 11 vacancies.
Tenure
Selected candidates will be appointed for a period of 02 years.
Salary
- Junior Research Fellowship (JRF):
- Rs. 37,000 per month for the first and second years
- Contingency grant of Rs. 20,000 per annum for subsequent years
- Research Associate (RA):
- Monthly salary of Rs. 67,000
- Contingency grant up to Rs. 20,000 per annum during the entire tenure
Age Limit
- Junior Research Fellowship (JRF):
Maximum age limit is 28 years. - Research Associate (RA):
Maximum age limit is 35 years.
Selection Process
Candidates will be selected based on an interview.
Required Qualifications
- Junior Research Fellowship (JRF):
Post Graduation in Psychology/Applied Psychology (Specialization in Organization Behaviour/Social Psychology/Personality Assessment) with first division AND NET qualification. - Research Associate (RA):
Ph.D. in Psychology from a recognized university.
