MIL is accepting applications for the role of Danger Building Worker of AOCP. There are 158 vacancies for this position.
Salary
The selected candidate will receive a monthly salary of up to Rs.19900, along with dearness allowance (DA). The remuneration is calculated as 1/30th of the basic pay plus DA for an 8-hour workday.
Age Limit
Candidates must be between 18 and 35 years old to apply for this position.
Qualification
For Table A Vacancies:
- Candidates with a NAC / NTC Certificate issued by NCTVT (now NCVT) in AOCP Trade, trained in Ordnance Factories under the erstwhile Ordnance Factory Board or Munitions India Limited (MIL), with training/experience in military ammunition and explosives manufacturing and handling.
- Candidates with a NAC / NTC Certificate in AOCP Trade from a government or private organization affiliated with the government, and candidates from government ITIs with AOCP qualifications.
For Table B Vacancies:
- Candidates with a NAC / NTC Certificate issued by NCTVT (now NCVT) in AOCP Trade who have completed apprentice training in AOCP trade from Ordnance Factories under the erstwhile Ordnance Factory Board or MIL, with experience in military ammunition and explosives manufacturing and handling.
Tenure
The appointment is on a contract basis for a period of 1 year, extendable up to a maximum of 4 years from the date of engagement, based on factory requirements and individual performance.
Selection Procedure
Candidates will be selected based on their marks in the NCTVT exam and Trade Test/Practical Test, conducted in order of merit. The Trade Test will be held at Ordnance Factory Bhandara and will consist of:
- Trade Test: 80%
- Practical Test: 20%
