General Manager:
- Qualification: A degree from a recognized university/institute.
- Experience: 14 years of experience in Pay Level-10 (pre-revised Pay Scale of Pay Band-3, Rs.15600- Rs. 39100 with Grade Pay Rs.5400) or equivalent/higher, with at least 5 years in land acquisition and revenue matters.
Deputy General Manager:
- Qualification: A degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university/institute.
- Experience: 9 years of experience in Pay Level-10 (Rs. 56100- Rs. 177500), or equivalent/higher, with 6 years in highways, roads, tunnels, and bridges.
Manager (Legal):
- Qualification: A degree in Law from a recognized university/institute.
- Experience: 5 years in legal fields related to contractual arbitration matters, legislative matters, or land acquisition.

Eligibility Criteria
General Manager:
- Current Post: Should be in an analogous post on a regular basis in Pay Level-13 (pre-revised Pay Band-4, Rs.37400-67000 with Grade Pay Rs.8700) or equivalent in the parent cadre/department.
- Experience: 5 years in Pay Level-12 (pre-revised Pay Band-3, Rs.15600-39100 with Grade Pay Rs.7600) or equivalent in the parent cadre/department.
Deputy General Manager:
- Current Post: Should be in an analogous post on a regular basis in Pay Level-12 (pre-revised Pay Band-3, Rs.15600-39100 with Grade Pay Rs.7600) or equivalent in the parent cadre/department.
- Experience: 5 years in Pay Level-11 (pre-revised Pay Band-3, Rs.15600-39100 with Grade Pay Rs.6600) or equivalent in the parent cadre/department.

Tenure
- Contract: Initial contract term of 2 years, extendable with the approval of the Competent Authority, up to a maximum age of 65 years.
- Deputation: Initial period of 3 years, extendable with the approval of the Competent Authority.

Selected candidates will receive a monthly salary of up to Rs.209,200.
