The National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology (NIELIT) is inviting applications from qualified candidates for the positions of Project Officer and Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS). There are a total of 04 vacancies available. The selected candidates will receive a salary of Rs. 75,000 per month for the Project Officer role and Rs. 25,000 per month for the MTS role. Selection will be through a walk-in interview.

Tenure for NIELIT Recruitment 2024

The contract for the selected candidates will initially be for a period of 02 years. This tenure is extendable based on performance and the needs of the scheme. The performance of the candidates will be reviewed every six months, and unsatisfactory performance may lead to termination.

Salary for NIELIT Recruitment 2024

The official notification outlines the following salary structure for the selected candidates:

Project Officer: Rs. 75,000 per month.
Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS): Rs. 25,000 per month.

Required Qualification for NIELIT Recruitment 2024

For Project Officer

Any graduate with a minimum of 10 years post-qualification experience, with at least 7 years in government-funded projects, and familiarity with government rules, regulations, and procedures.
Desirable: Experience in government projects, administrative duties, management of files, knowledge of government rules, and proficiency in Office Productivity Tools like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

For Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS)

Higher Secondary education.
Positive attitude, excellent teamwork qualities, and the ability to meet organizational needs and maintain a healthy work culture.
Prior experience and a good track record are advantageous.
