- Qualification: Post-Graduate in the respective subject with B.Ed. and minimum 50% marks in each.
- TGT-Science & IT:
- Qualification: Graduate in the respective subject with B.Ed. and equivalent with minimum 50% marks in each. CTET/TET qualified with 60% marks.
- PET (Reserved for Female Candidates only):
- Qualification: Graduate in Physical Education or B.P.Ed.
- Sports Coaches (Part-Time for Evening Classes):
- Qualification: Graduate in Physical Education or B.P.Ed.
- LDC:
- Qualification: Ex-Serviceman, Graduate, or ten years of service as a clerk (for Ex-Servicemen). Computer Literate with Basic knowledge of accounting.

- Along with the application, candidates need to submit self-attested copies of certificates and a bank draft of Rs 100/- in favor of ARMY PUBLIC SCHOOL Kapurthala payable at Kapurthala.
