  1. Visit the official website of the bank, www.rbi.org.in, between May 09 and June 09, 2023, until 06:00 PM, to apply online. No other means of application will be accepted.
  2. If you wish to apply for both Gr. B (DR)-General and Gr B (DR) DEPR or DSIM, you must apply separately for each position and pay the fees accordingly.

Pre-requisites for Applying Online: 3. Before applying online, ensure you have scanned copies of the following:

  • Photograph (4.5cm × 3.5cm)
  • Signature (with black ink)
  • Left thumb impression (on white paper with black or blue ink)
  • Handwritten declaration (on a white paper with black ink)
  1. The signature should not be in CAPITAL LETTERS, and the left thumb impression should be clear and not smudged. If you don’t have a left thumb, you may use your right thumb.
  2. The handwritten declaration should be in your own handwriting, in English only. If you are visually impaired and cannot write, you can have the declaration typed and put your left-hand thumb impression below it.
  3. Keep all the necessary documents and details ready to correctly fill up the application form and make the online payment of fees/intimation charges. Ensure that the name of the candidate and their related individuals is spelled correctly as it appears in the photo identity proof/certificates/mark sheets.
  4. Have a valid personal email ID and mobile number that will remain active until the final result is declared. This is important for receiving communication/interview advice via email. The Board will not send any communication through other modes.

Procedure for Applying Online: 8. Eligible candidates must first visit the URL “Recruitment for the post of ‘Officers in Gr.’B’ (DR) GENERAL/DEPR/DSIM” on the bank’s website to access the online registration page.

  1. Enter your basic details and upload the scanned photograph, signature, left thumb impression, and handwritten declaration as per the specified guidelines.
  2. Register your application by clicking on “Click here for New Registration” and enter your name, contact details, and email ID. Note down the provisional registration number and password generated by the system. An email and SMS with the provisional registration number and password will also be sent.
  3. If you are unable to complete the application form in one go, you can save the entered data using the “SAVE AND NEXT” tab. Before submission, verify the details using the “SAVE AND NEXT” facility. Visually impaired candidates should carefully fill and verify the form before final submission.
  4. Carefully fill and verify all the details in the application form. Once you click the “COMPLETE REGISTRATION” button, no changes will be possible.
  5. Preview and verify the entire application form before clicking on the “FINAL SUBMIT” button. Make sure the uploaded photograph, signature, and other details are correct. Modify details if necessary.
  6. Proceed to make the online payment by clicking on the “Payment” tab.
  7. After successful payment, click the “Submit” button.
  8. Candidates are responsible for filling the online application accurately. Invalid applications due to errors committed by the applicant will not be refunded.
  9. To avoid last-minute rush, it is advised to pay the application fees/intimation charges and complete the registration process at the earliest.

Mode of Payment for Application Fee/Intimation Charges: 18. The payment of the required fee/intimation charges should be made online only.
