RCFL RECRUITMENT OUT BY INTERVIEW.

Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (RCFL) is seeking applications for the role of Technical Advisor in Production, Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation disciplines for the Heavy Water Plant at RCF Thal Unit. There are 13 vacancies available for this position.

Remuneration Details

Selected candidates will receive a lump-sum remuneration equivalent to 80% of the last drawn Basic Pay + DA.

Age Limit and vacancies details

Applicants should not exceed 65 years of age to be eligible for this opportunity. The age of superannuation is set at 65 years.

Qualifications Required

Candidates must possess strong technical knowledge relevant to Heavy Water Plant operations.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates applying for RCFL Recruitment 2024 should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in Mono Thermal NH3-H2 based HWP, specifically in production or maintenance roles, retiring at the Engineer level up to Senior Manager from any mono thermal NH3H2 exchange-based Heavy Water Plant. For retirees from other similar plants, documentary evidence of 15 years’ experience in a Heavy Water Plant is required.

Appointment Tenure

The appointment will be on a contractual basis for an initial period of 3 months.

Selection Process

The selection will be based on a personal interview conducted by the committee, which may take place through Personal Interview, Video Conferencing, or Online Mode.
