Age Limit for SAIL Recruitment 2024 The upper age limit for candidates applying for this opportunity is 28 years.
Qualification Required for SAIL Recruitment 2024 Candidates should possess a Degree in Engineering in any of the relevant disciplines: Chemical, Civil, Computer, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical, or Metallurgy.
Salary for SAIL Recruitment 2024 Selected candidates will receive a basic pay of Rs. 50,000 per month. Upon successful completion of the one-year training, they will be designated as Assistant Manager with a pay scale of Rs. 60,000 to Rs. 1,80,000.
Tenure for SAIL Recruitment 2024 The initial training period is one year, during which the Management Trainee (Technical) will be registered as an apprentice under the Apprentices Act, 1961. After the training, candidates will be on probation for one year.

Selection Procedure for SAIL Recruitment 2024 The selection process will be based on the candidates’ performance in GATE-2024. A merit list will be prepared based on GATE scores, followed by Group Discussion/Interview conducted by the committee.
