Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the first Global Buddhist Summit in New Delhi, focused on contemporary challenges and Buddhist philosophy's role in addressing them. The summit was hosted by the Ministry of Culture in collaboration with the International Buddhist Confederation.
