The University Grants Commission (UGC) has announced the UGC-NET Exam for June 2024, inviting eligible candidates to apply online. This exam assesses Indian nationals for Junior Research Fellowship, Assistant Professor roles, and admission to Ph.D. programs in Indian universities and colleges.
To apply, interested and qualified candidates must submit their applications online by 10-05-2024, ensuring they meet the required eligibility criteria. All necessary personal and academic details should be provided. During the application process, candidates should have an active personal email ID and mobile number for registration.

- Age: For JRF (NET) – Maximum 28 years; For LS (NET) – No upper age limit

Recruitment Process:
The UGC-NET Exam will consist of two papers with objective multiple-choice questions. Paper I carries 100 marks with 50 questions, and Paper II carries 200 marks with 100 questions. The total duration for the exam is 3 hours.
Fee Structure:
- SC/ST/PwD/Third Gender: Rs 325/-
- General-EWS/OBC-NCL: Rs 600/-
- Other candidates: Rs 1150/- Fees should be paid online using debit card, credit card, or net banking.

Interested candidates meeting the qualifications must apply online by 10-05-2024. They should fill out the online application form with accurate personal, academic, and other necessary details as per their certificates.
