What is the salary range for Technician Grade-III at BSPTCL?
The BSPTCL salary structure has two parts:
During the one-year probation period: Employees receive a consolidated monthly pay of Rs. 9,200 (Rupees Nine Thousand Two Hundred).
After completion of the probation period: Employees are placed in Level 4 of the regular pay scale as per the 7th PRC (Pay Revision Commission). They are also eligible for other allowances on top of their base salary.
