CBSE launches a groundbreaking program to equip teachers across India with financial literacy and digital skills, fostering personal growth and cyber awareness.

Introduction

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has taken a pioneering step in enhancing the financial literacy and digital awareness of teachers across India. With a focus on imparting essential financial planning skills and knowledge to help educators guard against cyber fraud, phishing, and more, this program aims to equip them with valuable skills that can influence their personal and professional lives positively. This initiative is a part of the Investor Education and Awareness Initiative outlined in SEBI (Mutual Funds) Regulations, 1996.
