Educational Qualification for the HQ Coast Guard Recruitment 2023
The educational qualification required for each post is as follows:
- Store Keeper-II: 12th pass from a recognised Board or University with one year’s experience in handling Stores from any recognised firm or Central or State Government organisation or Public Sector Undertakings.
- Engine Driver: 10th pass or equivalent with Certificate of competency as Engine Driver from a recognised Government Institute or equivalent.
- Civilian MT Driver (Ordinary Grade): 10th pass or equivalent with valid driving license for light motor vehicles.
- Fork Lift Operator: 10th pass or equivalent with valid driving license for fork lift.
- Sheet Metal Worker (Skilled): 10th pass or equivalent with National Trade Certificate (NTC) in Sheet Metal Work from a recognised Board or Institute.
- Carpenter (Skilled): 10th pass or equivalent with NTC in Carpentry from a recognised Board or Institute.
- Unskilled Labourer: 10th pass or equivalent.
- MT Fitter: 10th pass or equivalent with NTC in Fitting from a recognised Board or Institute.
Age Limit for the HQ Coast Guard Recruitment 2023
The age limit for each post is as follows:
- Store Keeper-II: 18-25 years
- Engine Driver: 18-30 years
- Civilian MT Driver (Ordinary Grade): 18-27 years
- Fork Lift Operator: 18-27 years
- Sheet Metal Worker (Skilled): 18-27 years
- Carpenter (Skilled): 18-27 years
- Unskilled Labourer: 18-27 years
- MT Fitter: 18-27 years
