HPCL Rajasthan Refinery Ltd (HRRL), a joint venture between Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) and Government of Rajasthan (GOR), is seeking talented and dynamic individuals to join their growing team!

3. Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates must meet the educational qualifications and relevant post-qualification work experience specified for each position. The eligibility criteria are clearly outlined in the job description for each role.

4. Emoluments:

The salary grades and pay scales range from Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 2,20,000. Selected candidates will be placed at the minimum of the pay scale. The comprehensive Cost to Company (CTC) includes various components such as Base Pay, Retirement Benefits, Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, and Cafeteria Allowance.

5. Probation & Retention:

Selected officers will undergo a probation period of one year from the Date of Joining. Upon successful completion, they will be confirmed as per company policy. Additionally, a retention amount will be earmarked from the total emoluments during the probation period.

6. Placement/Posting:

Candidates should be prepared for postings/assignments in any Division/Department of HRRL across the country. These positions may involve working in shift duties, including night shifts.

7. Shortlisting and Selection Methodology:

The selection process varies based on the salary grade:

  • For Positions in Salary Grade E0: It comprises multiple stages including Computer Based Test (CBT), Skill Test, and Personal Interview.
  • For Positions in Salary Grade E3 & E5: The selection process includes Technical Competency Interview and Behavioral Competency Interview by a Panel.

8. Pre-Employment Medical Examination:

Candidates selected for the pre-employment medical examination will undergo the same as per company policy. Additional Physical Fitness Efficiency Test is applicable for certain positions.

9. Reservations, Concessions, and Relaxations:

Reservations are provided for SC, ST, OBCNC, EWS, and PwBD candidates as per Government Directives. The eligibility criteria for reservations are clearly defined, and candidates must produce relevant certificates.
