The recruitment drive is open for Assistant Executive positions in Administration, Economics, Projects, Finance, and Company Secretary, with a total of 13 vacancies.
Age Limit
Candidates applying for these positions must not exceed 35 years of age as of the specified cutoff date.
Salary Details
Selected candidates will receive a monthly remuneration equivalent to Level-01 (Rs. 65,000).
Tenure and Appointment
Successful candidates will be appointed on a fixed-term contractual basis initially for 1 year, extendable annually for up to 4 years.
Qualification Requirements
Specific educational qualifications are required for each role:
- Assistant Executive (Administration):
- Post-Graduate degree in any discipline with a 1-year diploma in office management.
- Computer proficiency is preferred.
- Assistant Executive (Economics):
- Master’s degree in Economics/Business Economics or MBA (Finance)/PGD (Finance).
- Assistant Executive (Projects):
- B.Arch/BE in Civil/B.Plan.
- Specialization in Urban Planning/Environment Planning/Housing/Public Policy is preferred.
- Assistant Executive (Projects):
- MSc in Geoinformatics or Master’s in Geography with PG Diploma in GIS and Remote Sensing or MTech in Remote Sensing and GIS.
- Assistant Executive (Finance):
- CA/CMA or MBA (Finance)/PGD (Finance).
- Assistant Executive (Company Secretary):
- Associate Members of ICSI.
- An LLB degree is preferred.
Experience Requirements
Applicants must possess a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in their respective fields.
Place of Posting
Selected candidates will be stationed in New Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai, Bangalore, or Jammu and Kashmir based on the organization’s requirements.
