Required Qualification and Experience for HURL Recruitment 2024
For Additional Chief Manager, Senior Manager, and Manager – Chemical (Ammonia)
- Qualification: Full-time regular Engineering Degree/AMIE in Chemical/Chemical Technology with a minimum of 60% marks.
- Experience: Experience in Ammonia-Urea fertilizers industry related to Ammonia plant operation, conversant with DCS, ESD systems, and troubleshooting in continuous process plants.
For Additional Chief Manager, Senior Manager, and Manager – Chemical (Urea)
- Qualification: Full-time regular Engineering Degree/AMIE in Chemical/Chemical Technology with a minimum of 60% marks.
- Experience: Experience in Ammonia-Urea fertilizers industry related to Urea plant operation, conversant with DCS, ESD systems, and troubleshooting in continuous process plants.
For Additional Chief Manager, Senior Manager, and Manager – Marketing
- Qualification: B.Sc. (Agri) with an M.Sc. in agriculture with a minimum of 60% marks or B.Sc. (Agri)/B.Tech in any discipline with a full-time MBA/PGDBM (minimum 60% marks) in Marketing/AgriBusiness Marketing/Rural Management recognized by UGC/AICTE.
- Experience: Marketing experience in the sale of Agri Inputs Fertilizers, organic/Bio-Fertilizers, Agrochemicals, and Seeds in the rural market, selling Crop Care Products (Pesticides/Biopesticides/Plant Growth Promoters), International Marketing/Fertilizers Imports, Soil and water analysis, Handling Soil testing Equipment including Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer, Laboratory Research of agriculture, etc.
Salary for HURL Recruitment 2024
- Monthly Salary: Up to Rs. 240,000
Age Limit for HURL Recruitment 2024
- Additional Chief Manager: Maximum 44 years
- Senior Manager: Maximum 42 years
- Manager: Maximum 40 years
- Engineer/Officer: Maximum 30 years
Tenure for HURL Recruitment 2024
- Tenure: 1-year probation period for regular positions.
