Hyundai is hiring an experienced Vendor Collaboration – Specialist at their Pune, India location.

Roles and Responsibilities

Hazard Identification and Audit Management

  • Conduct hazard identification, audit planning, onsite audits, countermeasure implementation, and reviews.
  • Oversee audits including Fire & Safety, CMS, External, and Monsoon Management.
  • Monitor cost reduction targets by model and team.

OHS Legal Compliance

  • Identify safety legal requirements, conduct self-assessments, and identify gaps.
  • Implement countermeasures and monitor compliance with PoSH, CL, and LTS regulations.

Safety Ambassador Implementation

  • Launch the Safety Ambassador program at all vendors.
  • Identify safety ambassadors, review improvements, and implement benchmarks.
  • Report on the program’s progress.

Incident Management and Firefighting Support

  • Coordinate with vendors for firefighting support.
  • Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective/preventive actions.
  • Improve preparedness through training and conducting mock drills, with subsequent reviews.

Shutdown Activity Management

  • Develop audit plans, conduct onsite audits, and evaluate permit system effectiveness.
  • Identify violations, implement CAPA, and report findings.

Safety Projects

  • Identify safety projects and provide training.
  • Conduct benchmark visits, develop road maps, complete projects, and assess onsite effectiveness.

Fire Protection System Management

  • Manage requirements, conduct self-assessment questionnaires, and provide training.
  • Handle data management and validation, perform gap analysis, apply statistical tools, and prepare reports.

Monthly Training Program

  • Conduct training on safety compliance and methods, monsoon preparedness, summer precautions, etc.
  • Prepare training calendars, materials, and execute training sessions.
  • Report on training outcomes.

Self-Skill Development

  • Identify training needs and provide HMI in-house and external training.
  • Obtain external certifications and professional courses to enhance individual skills.

Materiality Matrix and Certifications

  • Focus on social indicators, validate T2 self-assessment check sheets, and ensure ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 certification.
  • Conduct internal assessments.

Implementation Projects

  • Implement LOTO (Six Stage Approach), roof safety, press safety, etc.
  • Benchmark requirements, collect data through self-assessment, validate data onsite, and verify implementation.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Education: BE/B. Tech/M.Tech/ME in Mechanical, Automotive, Electrical, Chemical, or equivalent fields.
  • Total Experience: 3-7 years
