Qualification and Experience Required for IHMCL Recruitment 2024:
Vice President (HR and Administration):
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University/Institute; Master’s Degree in Human Resources or MBA with specialization in Human Resources Management.
- Experience: At least 20 years in Human Resources Management, Personnel Management, Administration, or related fields in large corporates, public sector undertakings, autonomous organizations, or government bodies.
Assistant Vice President (Finance):
- Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI or Cost and Management Accountant (CMA) from ICMAI. Professional certifications like CFA or CMA and an MBA from a recognized University/Institute are desirable.
- Experience: At least 18 years in Financial Management, Corporate Finance, Financial Planning and Analysis, or related fields in large corporates, public sector undertakings, autonomous organizations, or government bodies.
Senior Manager (ITS):
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in IT, Computer Science, Electronics and Communications, Electrical, Instrumentation, Data Science, AI, or a combination of these, with at least 60% marks.
- Experience: At least 15 years in Computer Science and IT, preferably in the implementation/supervision of Toll Management Systems, Advanced Traffic Management Systems, or Intelligent Transport Systems.
