Application Procedure
To apply for the officer posts, please follow the application procedure outlined below:
- Online Application Submission: All candidates must submit their applications online through the “Career Section” of the GRSE website, www.grse.in, or on https://jobapply.in/grse2023.
- Document Upload: During the online application process, candidates need to upload supporting documents, including proof of age, caste, education, and experience.
- Application Format: After completing the online application, candidates should print out the auto-generated filled-in Application Format. Sign the document at the designated places.
- Document Submission: Send the printed Application Format, along with self-attested copies of testimonials/certificates supporting your Date of Birth, Caste, Educational & Professional qualification, Experience, CTC/Pay-scale, Ex-Serviceman status, and PH (if applicable), via ORDINARY POST only to Post Box No. 3076, Lodhi Road, New Delhi – 110003. Ensure that the application envelope is super-scribed with “GRSE Employment Notification No. 2023/03 (O)” and “Post Applied for _____.”
- Serving Candidates: Candidates currently employed with Government/Semi-Government/PSUs/Autonomous Organizations must either forward the auto-generated printout, along with self-attested supporting documents, through the proper channel to the address mentioned above or produce a No Objection Certificate (NOC) during the interview. Please note that candidates without NOC, if selected, will not be entitled to pay-protection or service transfer benefits.
- Multiple Applications: Candidates should be aware that submitting more than one application for the same post may result in the cancellation of their candidature.
- Postal Communication: GRSE will not be responsible for any delays or loss in the postal transit of applications or communication.

- Correspondence and Information: All communication with candidates will be conducted through email.
