Extreme Rainfall in Maharashtra: Schools Closed in Raigad | Red and Orange Alerts Issued
Raigad schools in Maharashtra will be closed due to heavy rainfall. The Indian Meteorological Department has issued red and orange alerts for several districts in Maharashtra. Mumbai received heavy rainfall, while Palghar and Thane are on alert until specific dates. In other regions, schools in Telangana are expected to be closed due to heavy rainfall warnings, and Delhi schools are already closed due to rising water levels in the Yamuna. Citizens are advised to follow authorities’ instructions.
Maharashtra Rainfall: Schools Closed, Exams Postponed Due to Heavy Rains
Maharashtra and Konkan Division schools closed for students up to class 12 due to heavy rains. Exams for 10th and 12th students in the region have been postponed. BMC takes measures to address waterlogging in Mumbai. SSC and HSC exams rescheduled for August. Citizens advised to stay indoors, tourists asked to avoid beaches. Rainfall reported in Raidag, Sindhudurg, and Ratnagiri districts.
Delhi University Admission 2023: St. Stephens College Seeks Minority Admission Plea – SC Instructs Delhi HC
Supreme Court instructs Delhi High Court to consider St. Stephens College’s plea on minority admissions for Delhi University’s 2023 undergraduate admissions. The college appealed against the order preventing interviews for non-Christian students and now seeks 100% weightage to CUET scores for admissions to the minority quota. Delhi HC can proceed with the hearing on this matter.
JEECUP 2023 Admit Card: Exam Date Revised?
JEECUP 2023 admit card not yet released. Hall tickets were scheduled for July 16, 2023, but the link is inactive. Exam date revised to 1st week of August. Candidates can download the admit card from jeecup.admissions.nic.in once released.
CENTAC NEET 2023 Counselling: Registration Extended till July 20 | Apply Now!
The CENTAC NEET 2023 counselling registration deadline is extended till July 20, 2023. Eligible candidates can apply for seat allotment on the official website centacpuducherry.in or click here for direct link. The counselling will cover MBBS, BDS, Ayurveda, and BVSc & AH courses, and there are about 450 MBBS, 200 BDS, and 63 seats each for BAMS and BVSc & AH courses. The registration process and fees for different categories are also provided. The counselling is expected to conclude by September, having four rounds.

NEET UG 2023 Counselling Registration: Important Dates & Participating Colleges
NEET UG 2023 counselling registration begins on July 20, 2023, through the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) online platform. Medical aspirants who qualified for NEET 2023 can register for MBBS and BDS programmes by providing required details. Ambedkar University has started accepting admission applications for its undergraduate programs for the academic year 2023. Those who appeared for CUET UG exams can also apply for counseling. 85% of seats are reserved for students who cleared their class 12 exams from Delhi. Cutoffs will determine final admissions.
AP EAMCET 2023 Counselling: Schedule, Dates, and Registration Details

AP ECET 2023 Counselling: Web Option Entry, Seat Allotment & Dates
