Qualification for NAeL Recruitment 2024
Project Engineer (Production)
- Degree in Engineering/Technology (Mechanical/Production) or equivalent with 60% aggregate marks in the qualifying examination.
- Post-qualification experience of 03 years.
Jr. Human Resource Officer
- Bachelor’s Degree with a PG Degree/PG Diploma/MBA/MSW/MA with specialization in Human Resources/Personnel Management/Industrial Relations/Human Resource Development from recognized institutes/universities.
- Minimum 60% marks in aggregate in the qualifying examination.
- Degree in Law will be an added advantage.
Jr. Finance Officer
- Cost and Works Accounts (CWA)/Cost Management Accountant (CMA) from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, OR
- Chartered Accountant (CA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, OR
- Full-Time MBA with specialization in Finance/Accounts from a recognized university or institute with 60% aggregate marks, OR
- Full-Time MMS with specialization in Finance/Accounts from a recognized university or institute with 60% aggregate marks, OR
- Two years Full-Time Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Management (Finance) from an AICTE-recognized institute with 60% aggregate marks.
Age Limit for NAeL Recruitment 2024
- Sr. Security Officer: Maximum age limit is 37 years.
- Project Engineer (Production) GR-I, Jr. Human Resource Officer, Jr. Finance Officer: Maximum age limit is 35 years.
Tenure for NAeL Recruitment 2024
The selected candidates will be appointed for a period of 01 year.
Salary for NAeL Recruitment 2024
The chosen candidates will receive an annual salary between Rs.5.35 Lakh and Rs.6.70 Lakh. Additional benefits include:
