National Technology Week: The Government of India proclaimed May 11th as the prestigious ‘National Technology Day’ in 1999. To commemorate the 25th year of National Technology Day and highlight significant technological advancements since 2014, this year’s celebration will extend into a week-long event from May 11th to May 14th, 2023.
The theme of this grand occasion is ‘School to Start-Up – Igniting Young Minds to Innovate.’ Students from CBSE schools across India, in collaboration with Atal Tinkering Labs under the Atal Innovation Mission of the Government of India, will actively participate and showcase their technological innovations at Hall No.4, Pragati Maidan, Delhi. Additionally, exhibitors from 12 Ministries of the Government of India will demonstrate a wide range of scientific innovations at Hall No.4 & 5A, Pragati Maidan, Delhi.
The esteemed event will commence with an inauguration ceremony by the Honorable Prime Minister on May 11th, 2023. This enriching exhibition will be open to the general public and students from May 11th, 2023 (3:00 pm onwards) until May 13th, 2023 (5:00 pm).
Celebrating National Technology Week in CBSE Schools
