Northern Railways is inviting applications from Indian citizens for Group ‘C’ and Group ‘D’ positions against Scouts and Guides Quota for the year 2023-24. There are a total of 25 openings, with 5 vacancies in Group ‘C’ and 20 in Group ‘D.’ To apply for these positions, candidates must have passed 10 + 02 or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized Board. The selected candidates will receive a pay scale in Levels 1 and 2 of Pay Matrix 7th CPC.

As per the official notification, candidates will be posted anywhere in India. The selection process includes a written test followed by certification verification. SC/ST, Women, Minorities, and Economically Backward Classes candidates need to pay an examination fee of Rs. 250, while for others, it is Rs. 500. The candidates will be on probation, and training is required as per the specified qualifications.
