OIL INDIA LIMITED RECRUITMENT OUT BY WALK-IN INTERVIEW.

Oil India Limited (OIL) is presently inviting applications from competent and enthusiastic individuals to apply for positions as Chemist, Drilling Engineer, and HSE/Fire Safety Officer. The total number of available vacancies for these roles is restricted to 03. Successful candidates chosen for OIL Recruitment 2024 will be remunerated with a monthly salary ranging from Rs.70,000 to Rs.100,000, depending on the specific position. Applicants must meet the minimum age requirement of 24 years and not exceed the maximum age limit of 40 years. The selected candidates will initially enter into a contractual engagement for a duration of 01 year, with the potential for extension for an additional year, subject to a maximum tenure of 02 years.

Openings and Compensation: As detailed in the official announcement, there are opportunities for positions including Chemist, Drilling Engineer, and HSE/Fire Safety Officer, with a collective total of 03 vacancies.

Age Criteria and Contract Duration: The upper age limit for applicants is set at 40 years, while the minimum age prerequisite is 24 years. The appointed candidates will be engaged under a contractual arrangement initially for a period of 01 year, with the option for extension for up to 02 years.

Qualifications and Work Background: The educational qualifications and requisite experience for each role are outlined below:

  • Chemist: Candidates must hold a Master’s Degree in Chemistry or a Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering from a recognized institution, coupled with a minimum of 05 years of professional experience as a Chemist or Mud Engineer in drilling wells.
  • Drilling Engineer: Applicants should possess either a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering from an accredited institution, with at least 03 years of practical experience in drilling operations, ideally at the Driller level or in a role as a Drilling Engineer or Company Representative.
  • HSE/Fire Safety Officer: Candidates are required to possess a Master’s Degree in Environmental Engineering/Science from a recognized institution, along with over 03 years of professional experience in Fire/Safety/Environment/EIA consultancy/HSE fields, preferably within an upstream E&P (Oil & Gas) company.

Selection Procedure: The selection process will be conducted through a Walk-in Interview scheduled for 22.03.2024, from 09:00 AM to 11:00 AM, at OIL HOUSE, Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
