SMALL INDUSTRIES DEVELOPMENT BANK OF INDIA (SIDBI) IS RECRUITING.

The Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI) is inviting applications for the position of Associate Manager (AsM). Applicants must have a postgraduate degree in Social Work, Development Management, Development Economics, Social Sciences, or related fields, along with a minimum of five years of experience in enterprise promotion and setup, particularly in livelihood and skill development sectors. The salary will be market-linked and determined on a case-by-case basis.

Location: New Delhi

Age Limit: 21 to 40 years

Tenure: Three years, extendable up to two additional years at the discretion of SSF.

Qualifications

  • Postgraduate degree in relevant fields.
  • Additional qualifications and experience in managing large-scale livelihood and enterprise projects preferred.
  • Minimum of five years of relevant experience.
  • Strong understanding of social development, enterprise creation, skilling, and social entrepreneurship.

Salary and Benefits

  • Salary: Market-linked, determined on a case-by-case basis.
  • Annual Increment: Up to 15% on the initial CTC, based on performance review.
  • Travel Reimbursement: As per SIDBI norms for Grade-B Officers, covering travel, halting allowance, boarding, and lodging for outstation tours.

Selection Procedure

  • Shortlisting: Based on qualifications and experience.
  • Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview, either physically or online. The interview date and further details will be communicated in due course.
